BY HANNAH AUSTIN The students of Dorchester Academy were treated to a lesson in Native American history at a school-wide assembly. Winnie Mraz led the program performed by the Cherokee Group. Members performed the Grass Dance, the Butterfly Dance and the Blanket Dance. The K4 and K5 classes also performed a chant and dance. The chapel was presented as part of Native American History month which is celebrated each November.
